What we do was born out of a simple idea, that REALTORS need one central place for all local area Builder information, and that information needs to be viewable on any device including computers, phones, tablets and other handlheld devices.


Steve Tyson - Steve is an Air Force Veteran and was Vice President of Client Services for a major NASDAQ Technical Services Company before spending many years as a Senior Leader in the Technology, Executive Search and the Building industry.

 

Steve developed the national Broker Outreach and training program for a top-three builder and is a recognized Sales Trainer. He has written numerous articles on Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.

 

Steve has received numerous Programming awards and is an expert in multiple programming languages including C, C++, COBOL, Java, and numerous databases.

Bertha Luna - Bertha Luna has many years of industry experience inluding Sales, Contracting, Customer Service and REALTOR Relations.

Bertha learned quickly how important the Real Estate Community is to Builders and recognizing a need, founded the business in San Antonio modeled around a new paradigm of communications and a dedication to absolutely fanatical levels of customer service and improving relationships between Builders and REALTORS.

Bertha is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and a 2009 graduate of the prestigious Alex E. Briseno Leadership Development program facilitated by The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
